Terms and conditions of service
- Trade and Business Research is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and operates in accordance with Swedish business laws.
- Trade and Business Research offers language and other professional online training services to customers in Sweden, the EU, and other countries. Customers located in Sweden are subject to a 25% VAT (Value Added Tax), in accordance with Swedish law.
- A language course consists of ten (10) one-hour lessons, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
- Trade and Business Research offers courses to individual students and business professionals at a rate of USD $45 per hour. For corporate clients (2 or more participants), the rate is USD $90 per hour.
- If a customer decides not to continue with a course, they will be reimbursed for any lessons not taken.
- If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, they must notify Trade and Business Research at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the missed lesson.
- Trade and Business Research affirms its unwavering commitment to the principles of International Humanitarian Law and the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilians in Time of War. In line with these principles, we do not engage in the provision or procurement of goods or services with Israel or with Israeli companies operating internationally.
